Include your device and browser, the tool you were using, the language of the PDF, and the steps that led to the problem. Tell us whether you could select existing text and whether the issue appears in the editor or the downloaded copy.
Keep private information private
Please do not email sensitive PDFs, passwords, identification documents, or financial or medical information. Start with a description. If a screenshot helps, remove private details first. Your PDF is not automatically attached to a support email.
